Historic Farmers Market – Downtown

8:00 AM to 12:30 PM – on 5th street between Main and Columbia Streets. Can you believe the Lafayette Farmers Market has been around for over 165 years?! Stop by and smell the fresh flowers, baked goodies, produce, honey, jams and jellies.

CityBus “Tour the Town”

9:30 AM & 10:30 AM Board at 5th and Main Streets. FREE to ride enjoy a narrated tour of Lafayette, West Lafayette and Purdue University.

Trail 3 Hike – Prophetstown State Park

2:00 PM – Meet at the far East end parking lot. It is National Trails Day! Get out on the high side of trail 3 ad hike with a Naturalist. Hike the full 3.5 mile loop or turn back at the boardwalk.

Civic Theater of Greater Lafayette Presents: Elimination Improv Comedy Night

7:30 PM to 9:30 PM at the Civic Theater of Greater Lafayette on 5th Street. It is a comedy battle of elimination competing for your laughs until one winner is left standing. Recommended for ages 10 and up.

10:00 AM to 4:00 PM at the Farm at Prophetstown State Park. Fun day at The Farm with demonstrations, music, games, food, animals and a pie eating contest at Noon. Stop by for some music presented by Scott Greeson from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM

Digby’s Presents: Traveling Broke Patio Party!

10:00 PM at Digby’s Pub & Patio on 4th Street. Support local music by coming out to see Traveling Broke and Out of Gas as they bid farewell before their first European Tour! Free Show, dogs welcome on the patio!

Wolf Park Howl Nights!

7:30 PM at Wolf Park on 800 N in Battle Ground. Come out and howl with the wolves. Listen to a lecture on wolf communication, see some of the staff interact with the wolves, and of course howl with the wolves! $8 for adults, $6 for ages 6-13, free for 5 and under.

Village Tour at Prophetstown State Park

Meet at the visitors center of the Prophetstown State Park to begin the guided program. Learn about the council house, medicine lodge, chief’s cabin, granary and an easy walk through the prairie. For more information contact Jenna Parks at 765-567-4919.

One Size Fits All: Star Wars Unscripted

6:30 PM – Family Friendly Show and 9:00 PM – 17 and older show at the Civic Theater of Greater Lafayette on 5th Street. Using improv One Size Fits All is recreating the original Star Wars movie with improve, audience suggestions and dialog.

Yoga at the Park

10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Prophetstown State Park, meet at the comfort station and bring a towel or mat. Enjoy the fresh air, yoga and a hike afterward if you are interested. $10 admission preregister here.
