We are gearing up for Halloween! So many fun Halloween Events and Trick or Treating going on around town this weekend! Be sure to follow the links for full lists of events.

Friday, October 25th

Boo At The Zoo

6:00 – 8:30 PM at the Columbian Park Zoo. Family friendly event perfect for pre-school and elementary school aged children. Activities include kid’s costume contest, face painting, cockroach painting and an Enchanted Train Ride. Don’t forget candy, games, and Columbian Park Kiddie Rides.

Haunted Adams Mill

6:00 PM to 10:00 PM at Adams Mill in Cutler. Take a guided tour through the highly decorated and spooky 3 floored mill. Tractor drawn hayrides will take visitors thought the haunted forest, warm drinks and treats are available in front of the mill.

Exploration Acres

6:00 PM to 11:00 PM on Newcastle Road. Open September 13 to October 27th. Time of operation vary. 18 acre corn maze with 8 miles to explore. Enjoy the straw bale maze, pedal car race, corn cannon, pumpkin patch, hay rides, gem mine, pony rides and picnic area.

Trunk or Treat at Hunter’s Moon Harley – Davidson

October 25th from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Hunter’s Moon Harley-Davidson on Progress Dr. in Lafayette. Join for annual trunk or treating. Best decorated vehicle with receive a $100 gift certificate. Treats and hot cider will be available in the decorated customer lounge.

Imagination Station’s Annual Haunted Lab 2019

October 25th from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and October 26th from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at Imagination Station on 4th Street. Family friendly with tons of special activities. Treat bags provided to the kiddos.

Friends Of Duncan Celebration

6:00 PM to 10:00 PM at Thomas Duncan Hall. Featuring the Purdue Jazz Band, Purdue Night Train Dancers Wildcat Creek Winery and Cheese Bar.

Maverick Monster Mash

October 25th from 6:30 PM to 8:30 OM at McCutcheon High School. Halloween carnival for elementary age kids. Kids wear costumes, activities and games, trick or treating and more. Fun and warm night!

10th Annual Trail of Scarecrows at Prophetstown State Park

October 1st to November 3rd at Prophetstown State Park. Take part in the penny vote as you hike or ride on the bike trail to view the scarecrows constructed by someone from the community. Start at the Prairie View Picnic Area and have a great ride/stroll. All proceeds benefit the interpretive programs at Prophetstown State Park.

Evil on Erie (Haunted Warehouse)

Check website for dates and times. Located at 1240 Erie Street. Scare yourself by walking through the haunted warehouse.

Purdue University vs Iowa Volleyball

7:00 PM at holloway Gymnasium at Purdue University.

Friday Night Live: Derrick Coleman (Contemporary Jazz/R&B)

7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at The Art Museum of Greater Lafayette. Doors open at 6:00 PM. Free admission to see Derrick L Coleman perform.

Purdue’s Fourth Annual History of Horror Walking Tour 2019

October 25th from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM starting at Stuart Center at Purdue University. Total walking distance is one mile. Stroll along and learn about spooky historical facts about Purdue. Tours begin every 30 minutes. Family friendly event, with some trick or treating included. Tickets are $8.

Wolf Park: Howl Night

Gates open at 7:15 PM. Fox talk starts at 7:15 PM Howl Night starts at 7:30 PM. See the animals in their most active state. Howl along with the wolves!

The Great Pumpkin Patch

September 27th to October 31st from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM at Congress Street Church on Congress Street. Shop for pumpkins, fall decor, gourds, mums and more!

Boilermaker Special Free ride Fridays

Typically from 12:00 – 3:00 Pm before Purdue Home Football Games you can have the chance to ride the Boilermaker Special for Free! Pick up happens about every fifteen minutes in the front of Stewart Center on Purdue’s campus.

At Weist Plaza at Purdue University. Family fun event before home games. Meet the team events, inflatable games, and more! Free event open to all ages, opens 3 hours before kickoff.

Purdue Band and Orchestra Presents: Thrill on the Hill

90 minutes before kickoff at Slayter Center of Performing Arts. Hear the “all-American” Marching Band and auxiliaries before the kickoff. Free and open to the public.

Wolf Park Pumpkin Party

October 26th from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Wolf Park in Battle Ground. Halloween with the wolves! Watch the animals tear open their pumpkin treats that you can help stuff! Costume contest and more!

Trick Or Treating with the Animals at The Farm at Prophetstown

October 26th from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM at The Farm at Prophetstown. Discover each station on the farm and receive a treat. Show the animals your costume and check out theirs! Free event with park admission.

Trunk or Treat at Northend Community Center

October 26th from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Northend Community Center. Trick or treat at trunks lining both sides of the front parking lot.

Trunk or Treat Riehle Plaza

October 26th from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Riehle Plaza. Local Law enforcement will be passing out candy this year, come down and show off your costume!

Halloweentown 2019 and Operation Trick or Treat

October 26th from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Riehle Plaza Downtown Lafayette. Trick or treating, costume contest, dance party, and Thriller flash mob in Riehle Plaza. Theme of the year: Cowboys and Aliens.

Trunk or Treat at Christ United Methodist Church

October 26th from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Christ United Methodist Church on 18th Street in Lafayette. Come out dressed and enjoy the trunk or treat. After grab a hot dog, chimp and drinks!

Trunk or Treat at Faith Community Centers

October 26th from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Faith Community Centers. Free event, candy, games, hot cocoa and warm apple cider.

Sgt. Preston’s Halloween Party

October 26th from 9:00 PM to Close. 21 and over event. Costume contest and special prizes.

Junk In The Trunk or Treat

October 26th from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Leaping Leopard Antiques on 4th Street in Lafayette. Trick or treating and shopping in the parking lot. Vendors set up is free but they must bring candy. Call the shop to reserve a spot.

Film: Hocus Pocus at the Long Center

October 27th from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Long Center for the Performing Arts on 6th Street. Come view Hocus Pocus in this historical venue.

Trunk or Treat at St. Block Party at St. James Lutheran

October 27th from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at St. James Lutheran. Trick or treating, bounce houses, food, games and more! Free event.

Fall Festival and Trunk or Treat at Crestview Community Church

October 27th at 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Crestview Community Church. Trick or treating, face painting, bounce houses, pony rides, food and more!
