What is in season at the Lafayette Farmer’s Market in July? Head over the the Farmer’s Market this Saturday to check it out. Remember to bring your face mask and practice social distancing.
So here is what is in season in July:
Apples, bean, beets, blueberries, broccoli, cabbage, cantaloupe, carrots, cauliflower, corn, cucumbers, eggplant, garlic, peas, tomatoes and zucchini.
Other items at the market include:
Flowers, baked goods, herbs, succulents, fruits, vegetables, meats, eggs, jams, jellies and honey!
The Lafayette Farmer’s Market is located Downtown Lafayette on 5th Street between Main and Columbia. The entrance is located at 5th and Columbia. It is open on Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 12:30 PM. 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM is open to folks who may be medically frail or over 65. 9:00 AM to 12:30 is open to the general public.
